Way back in the year 2002, long before Social Media and even before most people knew the word blog, a group of friends made their own website. It was a site where they could write anything they wanted, post comics they drew, keep connected as a crew and document their young lives.

As the world changed, the friends grew up and better tools were invented. The Splurd Rants were abandoned but were never forgotten. Here you can find a catalogue of the old Splurd crew's "Rants and Reviews."

Our rants were strong minded and often abrasive. We were drunk on the uninhibited euphoria of truly free speech. I certainly said things then I wouldn't say now, but I wouldn't have developed as a thinker or a writer if I didn't have the courage to publish my every unedited thought. This is why I'm taking care to curate these archives rather than bury them.
